About my ride: The Xebra is a three-wheeled ALL electric vehicle. Insures, registers, plated as a motorcycle. It is a cool little vehicle that has a top speed of 40 MPH and a range of 20-40 miles. It costs approx. $6.60 a MONTH to charge. Costs under $12,000 to buy.
